The exhibition featured a selection of works created over the years around a specific image. With me: the garment as an image; The garment as a raw material. With Ish: the bed as an image; The bed as raw material. 
The works explore interpersonal and intrapersonal analogies. When two different artists integrate their work into one exhibition, two viewpoints open up. Although the angles differ, they intersect with themes of construction and deconstruction, separateness and repetition, detail and the overall, presence and absence. The dates of the works vary widely, from very early pieces, such as the dress on the left that I made in 1984 (around age 16), to new works created especially for the exhibition.
